BrM Staged Data

The BrM Staged Data grid lists assets that are sitting in the queue to sync to BrM. In the top right corner, Last BrM Sync will display the date and time that the job last ran. Total staged is the number of reports for assets that exist in the grid sitting in the queue.

Checkbox - Selecting the checkbox in the column header will automatically mark all assets in the grid for the action selected in the page controls.. Otherwise, selecting individual assets will mark them to have the action performed when selected in the page controls.
Asset Name - This displays the AssetWise Inspections asset name. The asset name is displayed as a hyperlink. When clicked, this will take you to the asset details page for the selected asset.
Asset Code - This displays the AssetWise Inspections asset code.
Inspection Date - This displays the date of inspection on the report in AssetWise Inspections.

INSPKEY - This displays the mapped report ID in BrM.

Workflow Stage - This displays the current workflow stage in AssetWise Inspections that the inspection report is in.
Report Type - This displays the AssetWise Inspections report type of the inspection report.
Deleted - If the report was deleted in AssetWise Inspections, "Yes" will be displayed. When the sync job runs, the record will be deleted from BrM as well.
Sync - This button can toggled on (blue) to sync the report to BrM when the job is scheduled to run. If toggled off (grey) the report will not be synced to BrM until the button is toggled on.

BrM Staged Data Page Controls

Select the Refresh Page icon to refresh the grid view after any action has been taken or to pull in the most recent staged reports.

To remove an asset and its report from the staged data grid, select the checkbox next to the asset and then select the Trash Can icon .

The icon enables the sync and toggles the button to on (blue) for the selected asset(s) in the grid so that when the job is scheduled to run the data will sync to BrM.

The icon disables the sync and toggles the button to off (grey) for the selected asset(s) in the grid so that when the job is scheduled to run the data will not sync to BrM.
